Aboyne RFC changed its name to Deeside RFC at the 2008 AGM. The change reflects the club's ambition and ability to grow and provide rugby training and games for all on Deeside.

DRFC is looking for a new Head Coach!

Deeside Rugby Club is looking for a Head Coach to help progress the senior 1st XV following on from an improved performance last season in Caledonia 2NE. Deeside RFC currently plays matches in Aboyne & trains in Banchory. It is a well known Aberdeenshire club , has a thriving junior section and ambitious plans for the future. Candidates for the position must be enthusiastic, have good man-management skills, strong motivational skills, with good technical knowledge of the game and modern coaching methods.
